Black Diamond Equipment

Black Diamond Equipment sets the standard in dependable rock climbing, alpinism, and backcountry skiing gear. What started with an eighteen-year-old man with a hammer and anvil has emerged into an employee-owned, global company that outdoor enthusiasts know and trust. When it comes to gear, Black Diamond Equipment constantly dreams of what could be and criticizes what exists to engineer the best gear out there, through rigorous, hands-on testing. From crampons and helmets to probes and backpacks, Black Diamond Equipment brings simple, yet powerful gear to the forefront of life on rock, snow, ice or mountain.
Patagonia

Patagonia is much more than an outdoor clothing company. Patagonia’s proactive approach centers on using products and processes that are least harmful to the environment… giving outdoor enthusiasts products that support the enjoyment and preservation of the earth and its delicate resources. Patagonia was the first outdoor clothing company to produce Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR®) fleece (made from plastic soda bottles) and began manufacturing their entire sportswear line of 100% organic cotton in 1996. Although it takes more time, knowledge and money to do so, Patagonia understands the importance of sustainable products and supporting bio-diversity and healthy ecosystems. Patagonia clothing is long-lasting, stylish and performance-driven to wick moisture, repel water and insulate during outdoor adventures. Donating one percent of sales to restoration and preservation of the environment and supporting over one thousand environmental grant programs, Patagonia is true to its promise to be “committed to the core.”

prAna

For prAna, clothing is an exercise in creative adventure and sustainable discipline. Functional, practical and in harmony with the natural surroundings, prAna clothing uses eclectic colors, graphics and textures inspired by art and our collective cultural history. Because the folks at prAna are dedicated to preserving natural resources, they are constantly searching for new materials and better processes to achieve that goal. The result is a line of clothing from prAna that’s unique, comfortable, purpose driven, and durable enough to stand up to the rock or a full workout in the gym.

‘D Dude Outdoors is here to provide climbers and mountaineers a variety of options. Our catalog features a wide array of select brands. We are here to make these brands more accessible to the Philippine climber and mountaineer. You’ll find the best gear from top brands — all at competitive prices.

‘D Dude Outdoors is just not about selling. We believe in keeping the trails, boulders & cliffs clean; and spreading the consciousness of being responsible to our environment. We should be accountable to the protection and maintenance of our climbing areas.Because other climbers will appreciate it and it helps keep access open to special areas. We practice what we preach; the owners/ employees are members of Access Fund, Haribon Foundation, Greenpeace, Leave No Trace, and American Alpine Club.

Your patronage would go a long way in supporting ‘D Youth Outdoors because part of the proceeds would go to the underprivileged kids’ climbing, mountaineering and training needs. If you would like to donate/ recycle your used rocks, please contact us. Our kids in the program would be truly grateful.

Call / text us at 09272-525-0009 or e-mail us to make an order, have a gear question or just want to talk. ‘D Dude Outdoors does its business online at the moment. Orders will be delivered upon appointment. Any orders that need to be shipped, a minimal shipping cost will be added (no additional service fees).

‘D Dude Outdoors values absolute customer satisfaction. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding your budget range and your special orders. We will personally look into it and give you the best options that are available.

* ‘D Dude Outdoors was named after my old dog and loyal hiking buddy ” ‘D Dude” a.k.a. Doodles McNoodles.
